What is a Due Diligence Statement?
Under EU Regulation 2023/1115 (EUDR), any operator placing cocoa, coffee, or wood products on the EU market must submit a Due Diligence Statement (DDS) through the EU Information System (TRACES NT) before shipment. The DDS must reference GPS coordinates proving products originate from land not deforested after December 31, 2020. Tani Protocol pre-populates this document from your verified supply chain data.
